Minor Procedures

Minor Burns and Abrasions
TB Skin Test and Interpretation
TB testing and documentation can be provided for school, work, or medically necessary reasons.
Some fees are applicable. Documentation of reason for testing is required.
Driver’s Medical and Workplace Medical Exams
Driver's Medicals and Workplace Medicals are performed at the clinic.
There is a charge for these forms to be completed by the physician. Driver's Medicals are $150 CASH ONLY.
Urine sample needed in clinic. Please bring a list of all medications you are taking with the dosages.
Wart Treatment
Plantar and genital wart treatments are provided using liquid nitrogen or prescribed medication.
Cosmetic wart removal is available for a fee at the physician's discretion.
Eye Injuries
With an on-site slit lamp, physicians are experienced in managing ocular issues including chemical splash, foreign body removal, corneal abrasion assessment, and are able to refer to Ophthalmology services when appropriate.
WSIB Injuries
We are able to assess and complete the required WSIB paperwork, including Form 8s and FAFs for all
work related injuries.
Sport Related Injuries
With athletic therapists on site, we are able to assess all sport related injuries, provide education on your injury, review exercises and stretches, and refer for physiotherapy, bracing, and crutches if required.
Sexual Health
We can provide assessment and immediate free access treatment of sexually transmitted infections through a partnership with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.
Sprains and Fractures
We apply and remove casts and splints for musculoskeletal injuries and we also have the ability to refer to the Fracture Clinic for further Orthopedic Surgeon follow up as needed.
Concussion Assessment and Management
We provide diagnosis and assessment of concussions, paperwork completion for return to learn/work/sport, and guidance on referrals for treatment if required.
Vaccines
We provide tetanus/pertussis immunization free of charge, and can also administer shingles and basic travel vaccines (Hepatitis A & B), and can refer to Travel Health services when appropriate. Some other prescribed injections are also administered with a referral, ie. allergy injections.
