Registration Information
Click the link above to book an online arrival time - the link goes live at 6:00am Monday to Friday.
THERE IS NO ONLINE BOOKING ON SATURDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

We are not able to register patients over the phone.
Walk-ins are on a first come, first served basis. If we can not accommodate you when you arrive, you will be given a same day time to return unless we are fully booked.
We put signs up at the front door when we hit capacity for the day. 
 
Please note the building has a flat rate parking fee of $3.00/day.
